Release status
Version 0.3.1 is the current Program candidate. It binds accepted Governance 2.1.0, Implementation 0.3.2, Simulation, and Comparison release subjects with their selected-future semantics; the authorized Program promotion route supplies the remaining Program coordinate.
The pages describe the candidate at the Git commit recorded in the projection manifest. Release promotion, hosted publication, configured environments, and accountable acceptance retain their own evidence and decision paths.
Authority map
Each repository owns a distinct part of the program. Follow the role that can establish the behavior you need.

Repository homeactual
Owns running code, durable behavior, infrastructure, migrations, and observed execution evidence.
Continue here when the question depends on what the active system does.
Repository homesimulation
Owns the executable selected future, its assumptions, and the results explicitly identified as simulated.
Continue here when you need the modeled future behavior or its explicit assumptions.
Repository homecomparison
Owns paired runs, puts their results into one comparison shape, classifies differences, and publishes readable reports.
Continue here when you need to understand how accepted results agree or differ.
Repository homegovernance
Owns shared schemas, language rules, workflows, templates, and governance rules.
Continue here when you need a governed schema or the rule that defines a shared record.
Repository homePublic inspection
These routes publish a bounded view while the repository that owns each result retains its source and evidence authority.
Comparative evidence
Read the accepted paired report, its agreement and divergence classifications, and the evidence boundary for the selected implementation and simulation observations.
